A new version of AtPIN was released. Check out some new features: Download of all PPIs in AtPênDB, PEP - the probability of a particular PPI be experimentally demonstrated once it was predicted (based on AtPINDB data), More than 95000 Arabidopsis protein-protein interactions were catalogued, PPIs on AtPIN database present a cellular compartment classification (C?) which divides the PPI into 4 classes according to its interaction evidence and subcellular localization, All experimental data is present in a controlled vocabulary based on the Molecular Interactions from Proteomics Standards Initiative, enhanced XGMML exportation of PPI network.
